Is my photo private?
Your photo is sent to OpenAI to render the style and stored privately in our encrypted Cloudflare storage for fulfilling your order. We don't share it, we don't use it to train models, OpenAI doesn't use it to train theirs (per their API policy), and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@warmlykept.com. Can I use a photo of my pet, family, or friends?
Yes — pets, kids, partners, friends, landscapes, doodles, anything you own (or have permission to use). Faces and pets work especially well in watercolor, oil, and Ghibli storybook styles.
How long until I get my order?
Each piece prints locally in your country — typically 3–5 business days for production, then your local courier adds delivery time on top. Digital downloads land in your inbox within minutes of payment.
What if I don't love it when it arrives?
30-day happiness guarantee — if you're not in love with the print we'll reprint it (any size, any product) or refund you, no questions asked.
What if the AI result isn’t quite right?

Will the print look like the preview?
Yes — the preview is watermarked but it's exactly the design we'll print. The watermark is stripped at print time, and we print at full resolution on premium materials (cotton tees, 280gsm hoodies, 380gsm canvas, 200gsm fine-art paper for framed prints, ceramic-glazed mugs).
Where do you ship?
Physical products (tees, hoodies, canvases, posters, mugs, bottles, calendars) ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom — each prints locally in the destination country so there’s no international transit. The digital download is delivered by email and works anywhere in the world.
How does the digital download work?
Pick "Digital Download" instead of a physical product. Available worldwide. After payment the un-watermarked 4096×4096 PNG arrives in your email — attached when it fits in your inbox, or via a one-click signed download link for larger files (no sign-in needed). You can also re-download anytime from your account for at least 7 years.
